I am honored to present the ninth annual Practical Symposium in Beaver Creek, Colorado. With vaccinations ramping up and COVID cases on the decline, we have decided to host an in-person meeting. For the folks that are not ready to travel, you can register to have access to have all content for 90-days post-meeting.
Our conference emphasizes essential dermatologic topics and how dermatologists and dermatopathologists work together to establish accurate diagnoses and optimal treatment plans. Based on the popularity of last year’s CME hike, we plan to expand our educational activities for those who desire to learn while enjoying the great outdoors. Also, the symposium agenda allows numerous networking opportunities between attendees, faculty, and industry executives.
The symposium is a great fit for dermatologists, Mohs surgeons, dermatopathologists, pathologists, and physician extenders who seek to deepen their knowledge base. Industry research doctors who attend will have a better understanding of the important roles their companies play within the dermatology specialty. Our self-paced slide exam assists residents, fellows, and physicians who are preparing for the certification or re-certification exam. Approximately 25 CME hours and 50+ MOC credits will be available to be earned for both in-person and after-meeting online attendees.
The symposium offers sessions in the morning and early evenings which allows ample free time for enjoying the majestic Colorado Rocky Mountains, which are truly spectacular in the summer. I look forward to seeing you in Vail and sharing a weekend of learning, networking, and socializing.
With my best personal regards,
Clay J. Cockerell MD
