Clay's Message

To say the least, 2020 has been a challenging year.  With many of the nation's medical conferences canceling due to the COVID pandemic, many physicians and extenders are left scrambling to meet their annual CME and MOC requirements.  To assist this educational need, the 2020 Practical  Symposium is shifting gears and moving online.  This will allow past and new attendees to strengthen their knowledge base while earning needed CME and MOC credits.

Although we are moving online, our conference will continue to emphasize essential dermatologic topics and how dermatologists and dermatopathologists work together to establish accurate diagnoses and optimal treatment plans.  Also, the symposium's online platform will allow all attendees the opportunity to engage the faculty and have the ability to network with industry supporters.

The Practical Symposium is a great fit for dermatologists, Mohs surgeons, dermatopathologists, pathologists, and physician extenders who seek to deepen their knowledge base. Industry research doctors who virtually attend will have a better understanding of the important roles their companies play within the dermatology specialty. Our self-paced slide exam assists residents, fellows, and physicians who are preparing for the certification or re-certification exam. CME hours and MOC credits will be available to be earned.

We hope you will join us online for a weekend of high-quality learning.

With my best personal regards,
